a perfect location for holidaymakers.

The original part of Hanover Cottage
dates back to the Eighteenth Century
when the small property stood alone.
Later additions were made in Victorian
times, making it the substantial two-
storey house we see today. With
features such as open fireplacesand
tasteful furnishings it provides a
relaxed environment with all home
comforts and much more.

The house has gas central heating and radiators in each of the rooms. The large kitchen is fully equipped and allows access to a traditional conservatory. The conservatory is ideal for casual dining, especially in the summer as it has views of the garden. The garden is well established having been nutured and cared for by the owners for many years. It is easily accessed from both the kitchen and conservatory, with some steps up to the main lawn. We provide a BBQ and garden furniture to allow you to enjoy outdoor dining, and the garden provides a secure area for children to play safely.

Glass doors lead from the conservatory into the spacious living room, with sofas, chairs and a television with Free Sat. A DVD player and range of DVD's are provided, as well as a good selection of books and games to suit the whole family.

A hallway leads from the living to the dining room which has a large dining suite to seat 8 guests. This room is perfect for formal dining and evening meals. Next to the dining room is a cosy snug with a gas fire, 3 comfortable chairs and an additional television.

A curved staircase leads to a large landing area, 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms (1 with bunk beds) and a family bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower enclosure. 1 double room has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, a bath and 2 basins.

All bedrooms have traditional solid wood furniture, plenty of storage space and a chair. Towels, duvets, pillows, bedlinen and a selection of toiletries are provided. A travel cot, high chair, baby intercom and cot linen can be provided on request for younger guests.
